1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services offered by 7ccc7, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, and all other gaming products accessible through the 7ccc7 platform at 7ccc7.app and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 7ccc7 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

7ccc7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7ccc7 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the 7ccc7 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 7ccc7 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both cash funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts granted to a Player by 7ccc7 as part of a promotion.
• "Cash Funds" means real-money funds deposited by a Player or credited as withdrawable winnings.
• "Platform" means the 7ccc7 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the 7ccc7 platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using funds from their Account.

1.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8 of these Terms. 7ccc7 does not make any representation that the services offered on the Platform are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside of the markets in which it operates.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money gaming and betting services on the 7ccc7 platform, you must first register a Player Account. Registration is free and may be completed via the 7ccc7 Login page. By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 7ccc7, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active Account.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 7ccc7 platform under a self-exclusion agreement or as a result of a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 7ccc7 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 7ccc7 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where 7ccc7 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including winnings. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact 7ccc7 support immediately at [email protected].

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

7ccc7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a valid national ID, passport, or driving licence — at any point during their use of the platform, including before withdrawals are processed. 7ccc7 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 7ccc7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available to all Players via Account Settings. Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact 7ccc7 support immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

7ccc7 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on operational and technical factors.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Deposits are typically credited to a Player's Account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• 7ccc7 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 7ccc7 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit has been made from a verified payment account before crediting funds or processing withdrawals.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where 7ccc7 support has explicitly approved an alternative withdrawal route.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a compliance review. Where additional KYC documentation is required, 7ccc7 will notify the Player via email.
• 7ccc7 aims to process withdrawals within 24 hours of approval, with the majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawals processed within minutes of clearance.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Only Cash Funds constitute withdrawable balances.
• 7ccc7 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering activity is suspected.

3.3 Currency

All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 7ccc7 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via methods that involve automatic currency conversion (for example, certain bank transfers) are responsible for any conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by their financial institution.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

7ccc7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The general bonus terms set out in this section apply to all 7ccc7 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds granted by 7ccc7 are subject to wagering requirements. This means that the total value of a bonus (or in some cases, the bonus plus the qualifying deposit) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain games — typically live dealer games and low-margin sports betting markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards wagering requirements. Players should review the specific promotion terms for full details.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

7ccc7 has the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedging bets to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7ccc7 reserves the right to suspend the Player's Account and forfeit all associated balances.

4.3 Promotion Validity

All promotions have a defined validity period. Bonus Funds and free bet credits that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation. 7ccc7 is not required to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the promotion is offered.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the 7ccc7 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a conflict between general platform rules and the specific rules of a game provided by a third-party game provider, the third-party provider's rules will take precedence for that specific game.

5.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 7ccc7 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an error in odds has occurred due to a technical fault or human error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. 7ccc7 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific settlement rules for that sport and market, as published on the 7ccc7 platform.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the cricket-specific settlement rules published in the 7ccc7 sportsbook terms.

5.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino and slot games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, the round will be completed and settled in accordance with the game provider's standard disconnection policy.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is determined by the game provider and is published in the game's information panel. 7ccc7 does not modify RTP settings applied by game providers.
• Maximum winnings per single game round or bet may be subject to a cap. Where a cap applies, it will be stated in the game's terms or the specific promotion terms.

5.3 Error and Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software malfunction, server error, or any technical fault that affects the integrity of a bet or game round, 7ccc7 reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the relevant Players' Accounts. No claim shall be made against 7ccc7 for winnings that would have been generated but for the technical error. All decisions made by 7ccc7 regarding error settlements are final.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 7ccc7 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful of other players and 7ccc7 staff. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7ccc7 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with 7ccc7 support.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, including live dealer poker or blackjack, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of generating apparent legitimate income without genuine gambling intent.
• Exploiting any software bug, game glitch, or pricing error in a manner that 7ccc7 determines to be contrary to fair play.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other Players or attempting to circumvent any security feature of the 7ccc7 platform.
• Using the 7ccc7 platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate or offering brokerage services to third parties using a 7ccc7 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 7ccc7 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

Violations of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting 7ccc7 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course of business. Once an Account is closed, any remaining Cash Balance will be returned to the Player via their most recent verified withdrawal method. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure are forfeited.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 7ccc7

7ccc7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a Player's payment provider.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an Account is closed by 7ccc7 due to a breach of these Terms, any balances held in the Account — including Cash Funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. 7ccc7 will communicate its decision and the reasons for it to the Player via email where reasonably practicable.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to the 7ccc7 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion via 7ccc7 support. Self-exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be locked and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals (other than the return of existing Cash Funds) will be permitted. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7ccc7 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Player's use of the 7ccc7 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity failures affecting the availability of the Platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that have been corrected in accordance with the error policy in Section 5.3.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

In all cases, the total aggregate liability of 7ccc7 to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 7ccc7 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use of the 7ccc7 platform, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 7ccc7 platform, you should contact 7ccc7 support in the first instance at [email protected]. 7ccc7 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process. All formal disputes shall be subject to the governing law applicable to 7ccc7's operations.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the 7ccc7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7ccc7 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
